First higher-low ICP has printed during a swing low since beginning of June (2HR). The only other one before that was exactly one month ago - May 24. I think sellers are exhausted. Could still go lower depending on BTC movement. But ICP is way oversold due to unfortunate timing (release during hard BTC correction, also overpriced relative to reputation). waiting to see what happens.
