We Have two patterns setting up here on the 4H. We Have a Cypher pattern that is still in play.
And a Gartly Pattern that is setting up in the same area.
RSI is really over sold, and we might get in when RSI is showing Divergence.
WARNING: this is going against the trend. But it is slowing to possibly reverse enough to get first target.
I will put a half position on this.
