FORD Potential Double Top Forming 4hr Chart

Ford is Trading under the 200 MA and is forming a second Double Top in 2 weeks. The FED has an Emergency meeting this afternoon. I'm expecting the market as a whole to have bearish sentiment afternoon.

If Ford reaches my target resistance zone I will be placing PUTS

Not the Volume I was hoping for. A whole lot of uncertainty in the market right now. I'm Still watching for a break of $17 to the downside, could run to $15.50. A break of $18.62 to the upside could run to $21. Just my opinion. I'm fairly new to signals and trading so if anyone see's something off with my analysis, please let me know. I want to get better.
