testing the previous year highs

With EUR/CAD reaching the 1.46444 levels and touching the highs that we havnt seen since last January, February years ago as well as a 3rd 4th, even 5th time testing this level we can assume strong volatile movements to be coming once confirmation of a breakthrough or we begin to strongly trend to the downside again this year.
