Breaking Bullish - Higher highs/Higher lows on the 4 hr chart.

Looking for 1200 level by end of month!

Most of the weak hands have sold and are watching. They will jump back in when we hit new all time highs in the 1400 area which I personally believe is what will propel us to the upper teens in the next several months.
