Why ETH is not going up? Dying slow death?

ETH has lost its momentum and correlation with BTC for quite some time, even before the ETF announcements. It appears that institutional investors who previously held significant positions in ETH have shifted their focus entirely to BTC.

What are your thoughts about ETH?
