Risk Management - Ethereum TD 9 on Weekly Chart $ETH

As long as Bitcoin can stay above 9k, I am expecting Ethererum to break out and keep going higher to $300-318.
But this TD 9 sell signal should not be ignored because in the past it has correctly predicted a short term top in the price of $ETH.
