The times I leave money on the table as a swing trader are the times when I over estimate the human crowd psychology in thinking the ease and obviousness of a continued pattern playing out again would be...just TOO predicable.

Afterwards, I "woulda shoulda coulda"... and then remember that humans rarely change their ways. And when they do, it happens slowly.
