ETC possible movement up?!

ETC has been accumulating for over 10 days and right now it might break up this resistance and push upwards!!!

We can see a strong resistance at 31.8.
Every close above this resistance is a good sign!
The is also a strong support forming that could lead to a bullish pattern and pump to the moon!!!
