After seeing hit a previous target and plunged in the market, I am hopeful to see a true reversal. Counting EW from the very beginning, we can see that ETC has retraced to 38.2% and now showing some bullish although still in bearish ground. Still some confirmation needed.

Well a bearish market is a bad time to chart but I’m confident enough to say this is a better buy than what I expected. :)
