ETC Short term trade

Hello guys,

Pretty simple setup here. ETC pumped hard, but the market fall took it away.

Question is : where will it bounce ?

Two options, the short term uptrend baseline, or the long term one....

Also, we have a huge bullish div on 4H chart.
