DXY - US Dollar Index - H4 Time Frame - Buy Opportunity

DXY Started to rally down after the Two-Day Testimony from Fed J. Powell, which led the Dollar to lose power, USDZAR jumped over to the R13/$ Zone, which was good for the SA economy, taking advantage of Powell's Testimonies. we have two good opportunities to Buy the USD power, with two Scenarios on the chart, we can see a possible Head and Shoulders Chart pattern, But if the Trend breaks the 96.42 levels, we can see the next Support to be tested, with possible Double bottom, but if it gets supported on the 96.42 levels, confirming the H&S, we can buy up to the Neckline, as our first TP.
