DXY - Is the dollar finally ready to rally?

DXY still following the ABCDE pattern really well. It is exhibiting the same bottom pattern in price as last time, note the pattern in the moving averages (50 and 100 day), and the PMO (price momentum oscillator) is also showing similar pattern.
