Diagonal double-bottom formation along with a bullish breakout and retest of the upper trendline indicate a continuation of the trend.

If the resistance is broken it will turn into support or the price will fall from the resistance.

This analysis is more a reference on the condition of the dollar for other markets/trading pairs such as USDJPY and EURUSD.
