DXY reversal - Target reached?

As we can see that the latest target on the Fibonacci retracement tool has been reached. Does it mean we are going to see the reversal?
Also, it is in a giant rising wedge that is a bearish pattern so we could see the end of dollar dominance and an explosion of the risk assets.
