The US dollar shows a three-wave uptrend since Jan 2019

The US dollar shows a three-wave uptrend since the beginning of 2019. Meanwhile, there is a well-defined upward channel for the US dollar. It looks to me the US dollar index will likely hit 98 by the middle of the year. What would be the catalyst? More dovish ECB (because of the Brexit shock), BOJ, and the Fed may turn a bit hawkish going forward.
