First law of pumped altcoins states that they should correct 80%. Civic was pure pump (caused by ICO cap, but anyway) so it has to go down 80% before next bullish movement. We have clear local downtrend, no divergence and poooooossible H&S pattern.
There are a lot of other coins to work with so I don't see premature trend breakout and expect it to touch 87K.
