Drop to 16000 and the bull run begins?

The indicators is one of the most powerful things to deal with when trading .
We can see a drop to 16000 or below
But then a drop downwards seems imminent, a little above. 27,000 could trigger a bearish move .

I’m highly bullish, but a pull back is necessary to confirm this move.
