The crazy part is you can argue this is a bear flag :D Do I believe it? No.

I think bullish BTC.D is more likely mid-term but even bearish BTC.D doesn't mean alt rally necessarily. 2022 June for example.

Bearish BTC.D during a dump means big guys are selling. Big guys are more interested with BTC. Alts are for retail. Free leverage.

It would be interesting if this becomes a bear flag later. That might lead us to 14500. Which is an important level imo.
