2018 Feb/May- Bullish (hope).
2018 July/August- Bearish "Sell in May and walk away" even traders need holidays.
2018 September/December- Pump it.

a) Upcoming possible ETF news and Lightning Network (LN) updates may spice up the price significantly any time.
b) Finally started flowing new big money to CME and CBOE will make price even more volatile (Options and Futures should do opposite really). Pumps and sharp dumps coordinated with good or bad news on CNBC and Bloomberg are VERY possible as always.
c) Crypto space education: Young traders WILL learn that you can not mess with PAPA BTC. Alts will only be pumping
1) when BTC is in consolidation;
2) specific Alt good news.
d) Nobody really knows how exactly BTC will outperform 2017 (x20) . But today is the Jan1, and its very optimistic bells ringing towards 2018.
