BTC about to close the monthly below the local low.

we are about to close the monthly below the local low. looks like market cipher b thinks we are about to go up. if we close above 17700 we could be very bullish. i suspect a green dot will be printed if we do (2 hours away)
longs vs shorts are pretty much even at this stage.
If we close below 17k I think we will go lower
