Repeat Stillness from 2/26 to 3/07 Before The 3/08 to 3/12 Dump?

The recent top and slow decline from 8/17 to 9/9 (today) looks eerily similar to the pattern that played out
between the top of 2/13 to the subsequent dump of 3/12. Whatever happens will be epic.
