4 hour RSI suggest that BTC will not go lower than $11.4k / $11.5k on this down size.

15 hours later, we are still under bearish power with RSi around 40.
MACD showing a slight uptrend...the next 8h to 12h will tell us if
we are under

b) swinging between 12.5k and 11.5k for another few days
