For bull - we need above 45000usd...(less likely to happen)...
For bear - we need below 38000usd...(more likely to happen)...

If price fall below 38000usd then price will go to 30000usd..it is so simple...

But what is question?

If all most of coins is preparing to fall, what will happen with BTC?

And answer is:

BTC will not go UP.

Conclusion: Sell in may and go away.
