When to buy BTC?

BTC is getting closer to 10k now, which is the price target I gave it last year.
The best time to buy BTC is when it breaks its biggest resistance trend line .
ALso, I don't recommend trading BTC . I recommend INVESTING in BTC (buy it and forget it).
Buy it and forget it.
