Possible Alt Season?

BTC dominance is at an 8 month high. If you look at BTC dominance this year you can see when it tops out that alts tend to move up in the 2-6 weeks after. BTC dominance currently sits at 48% and many alts are at 2018 lows or intermediate term lows. In the past, this has been a rally point so mayeb we see alts running while BTC consolidates.
