Shows, that a long downtrend is finished.
A long period of very good consolidation last year.
Positive divergences in RSI Weekly chart and an extraordinary OBV.

Daily
Resistance around 11 USD no langer valid.
MA 50,100, 200 with positive slope and golden cross done.
Targets
First : 15 NOK
Second: 24 NOK
