Almost Completed Hook Pattern

As you can see Boeing (BA) Sell off Volume is Decreasing. The Company is rectifying the faults and stock seems to be coming back Slowly.
DIA Seems to be in a Break of Momentum and will help to bring BA up with it.

I have set a target Rate (Look at the Chart), Should come up to ~50% of the Sell off to complete the Hook Pattern.
