Stop hunt in progress. Traders told to trade off trendlines, and stops below. The banks know this, it enables them to place large orders by taking out everyones stops.
Remember for every buyer there needs to be a seller and vice versa.
The banks need lots of stop losses to place their huge orders. They need sellers if they buy, they need buyers if they sell.
