As you can see from the chart. AUDUSD is moving in a descending channel overall. And it is sitting on a support ( Look where the horizontal line is ) after a very strong impulse move downwards . According to my strategy i must expect a double bottom for BUY . If it doesn't respect the set up and it breaks the support level , the stoploss will be smashed . Trust me it's fine to take a loss , but what do you do after? Simple. Again , according to my strategy i must wait for the retest and then i can SELL.
