This is usually a bearish cue imo. See how tradin channel went from rising to leveling out now MACD has turned bearish once again. trade with caution.

Another thing to consider from a high level perspective is the falling of the trading channels since peak 2/28/2017. Imo the long term play is coming to an end, and will begin retracing. To what number, who knows? But it wouldn't surprise me to see AMD take back 30% slowly and steadily. Unless it can have a significant trend reversal single digits is on the horizon.
