AMAT Applied Materials Options Ahead of Earnings

Analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of AMAT Applied Materials prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 195usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2024-9-20,
for a premium of approximately $15.05.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

AMAT traded at $208.45 today, after earnings, and the Calls went up from $15.05 (when I wrote this article) to $17.50, for a modest 16% so far.
