From weekly chart, we can see that there were 3 occasions that it failed to break above the 61.34 resistance level. Now, the price is near to this resistance level again. For those who want to be more assured, can wait for the break out followed by a bullish pattern.
And for those who already had a LONG position at 49 dollars can just wait a while more before accumulating........
