This article covers installing and updating procedures for the TradingView Desktop app on Linux. We provide two installation options: debian package and snap package. If you want to learn more about snap and debian packages, you can do so by following this link.
These instructions apply to 64-bit Debian-based Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, Mint, etc.

- Add our repository to your list of repositories:
echo "deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/tradingview-desktop-archive-keyring.gpg] https://tvd-packages.tradingview.com/ubuntu/stable jammy multiverse" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tradingview-desktop.list >/dev/null
- Update your package database:
sudo apt update
