Why can't I connect to the broker using Passkey verification?
If you can’t log in to the integration by verifying your connection by passkey, please follow the instructions below to change the type of verification method:
- Check that you’re logged in to the email address registered to your Binance account.
- Check that the email address registered to your Binance account is correct.
- Enter your email or phone number and click Next.
- You’ll be asked to verify with your passkey in a pop-up window. Wait for about two minutes, then choose My Passkeys Are Not Available.
- You'll be prompted to enter your password to log in.
- Complete all of the following verification steps to continue.
- Approve the connection to finish the connection process.
