LBR 310: Linda Bradford Raschke's indicator

Like MACD(3, 10, 16) but all lines averaged using simple moving averages.

Features:

• Changing colors for shifting trends.
  
• Allow switching trend plot window, default 16.
  
• 3-10 diff is fixed, because, otherwise, it would not be a 310 indicator anymore!
