Kaufman Efficiency Ratio (Directional)

Kaufman Indicator with negative and positive, i use 30 and negative 30 as trend indicators, some can use it as counter trend...a lot of other kaufman efficiency indicators are only at the positive level so even a short trend has a positive 30 value can be confusing.
