Dollar Value Index (DVI) — v6

This is a non-arbitrary dollar value index as it relates to inflation which can be used to chart against indexes. Useful to gauge whether or not indexes are going up in price due to increased valuation versus whether or not they are only going up in regards to whole dollar inflation.
