2nd Derivative

Like the 1st derivative, the 2nd derivative is also made out as dynamic. As in, instead of using close-open. Good-Luck, and if you spot something you'd like to add, make it so!
As per the display, the circles are set in color black, at 0%, and a Smooth MA overlay to represent the average.
