This update added DAI stablecoin's dominance to better reflect stablecoin dominance. (will also include BUSD dominance once index is ready in tradingview)

Finally include BUSD market cap to reflect the increasing market dominance of Binance and its BUSD.

Thanks to @profitmaxi who point out we already have busd marketcap in tradingview already.
