Highest High, Lowest Low + LH→HH Alert

Added a persistent variable lastWasLowerHigh that remembers if the last window was a LH.

When a Higher High comes after that, it fires the alert and resets.

No more direct [topPer] lookback → instead it uses logic across bars.
