9:30-16:00 (ET) / Stock mode: New York time 9:30-16:00 (ET)
All-day mode: Count from first bar of the day

Timeframe Correspondence:
Multiples of 3: Correspond to 15-minute chart update cycles
Multiples of 12: Correspond to 1-hour chart update cycles
18: Key nodes, important time turning points
