Added Reversals Highlighter
Added Slope plots to see the speed at which the sqzmom is moving, as well as a signal SMA slope plot.

All of the new features can be disabled in the settings.

Added Multi-Timeframe possibility.
Added Hourly, 4H and Daily configuration.
Default config for timeframes higher than 1D is the Daily.
Default config for timeframes below 1H is 1H.
