Opportunity Profile

Indicates areas of high vs low volatility.
It takes an absolute percent delta (default: 1% [editable]) over a given period (default: 14 bars [editable]) and returns the percentage at which the condition (percent delta) is true*.
A lower percentage indicates low volatility and a lack of opportunity.
There are also convenience indicators which let you see when the percentage is above or below key areas (default: 75% upper, 25% lower tolerance [editable]).

* The chart is automatically smoothed (sma) over the period - otherwise you'd have crazy spikes that are hard to read
