Godmode RSI with MFI

Based on the Godmode indicators modified by LEGION, LAZYBEAR, Ni6HTH4wK, xSilas, oh92, sco77m4r7in and anise.
Big thanks to them.
Just an add on of the excellent script of anise.


I only added the possibility to chose the exchange and asset so that the multi exchange option can be used on other assets and the MFI's overbought and oversold highlights.
