Based on Based on ORB: Opening Range Breakout Strategy (Trading Made Simple Series)
By default, it plots the high and low of the first 15 minutes of market open. It then plots 2 fib extensions above the high and 2 fib extensions below the low for possible price targets.

Due to the confusion on the lines, SR 3,4,5 have been disabled by default. You can enable it again by going to the settings.
