Implements Kadane's maximum sum sub array algorithm.
size(samples) Kadanes algorithm.
Parameters:
samples: float array, sample data values.
Returns: float.
indices(samples) Kadane's algorithm with indices.
Parameters:
samples: float array, sample data values.
Returns: tuple with format [float, int, int].
