9 EMA vs VWAP - v6 (fixed)

Simply gives a BUY signal when the 9EMA crosses the VWAP to the upside, and a SELL signal when the 9EMA crosses the VWAP to the downside. Mostly useful between the hours of 9:30am EST and 11am EST.
