[BB Traffic Light] 2BB + 3MA

This script uses 2 implementations of Bollinger Bands (defaults = std dev 2 & 3).
I prefer this type of setup when following the Crypto market.

In addition,
The script also adds 3 Moving Averages (defaults = Green(10), Orange(20), Red(40)) to check for crosses.
