When the maximum or minimum changes, the script recalculates the Fibonacci correction levels

The script determines whether it is long or short based on the initial price
Draws only data for the configured tool
Draws only the current range
Settings are not linked to the timeframe, automatically redraws
Works on timeframes: 5M, 15M, 30M, 1H, 4H, D, N
The second and third slots can be used for another tool
Fractional numbers are specified through a dot

In the settings are made:
- Tool
- Initial price
time in UTC, separately:
- Year
- Month
- Day
- Hour
- Minute (round up to the nearest 5 minutes)
